INSTRUCTIONS: All residents must submit a maintenance request to receive service. Please complete the form below in its entirety. You must provide pictures showing the issue being reported. The photos and/or videos can be emailed maintenance@harrispropertygroup.com or texted (770-209-3889) to our office. If our maintenance staff determines that the issue is a result of tenant abuse and/or irresponsibility, we will bill you for the expense. Please text or email the maintenance office if you have questions or would like to obtain an update on your request. IN MOST CASES, REQUESTS WILL BE RESOLVED WITHIN 48 HOURS.
EMERGENCY REQUESTS: You must follow the instructions above. In addition, please send a text message to 770-209-3889 so that we promptly view your request. An emergency is defined as a safety issue. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 1 HOUR FOR HPG TO RESPOND.
