Parking Rules for Multi-Unit Properties
- Apartment numbers correspond with the designated parking spot.
- There is one assigned parking spot per apartment
- Remaining spots are for guests and/or residents with multiple cars. These spots are on a first come first serve basis.
- Residents and/or guests parking in an assigned parking spot will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
- Take a picture of the violating vehicle and license plate; email to PropertyManagement@HarrisPropertyGroup.com. We will have the vehicle immediately towed by Griffin Empire, LLC
- To avoid conflict, do not confront the vehicle owner.
